About us
Rooted in the Sonoran Desert. Built for busy Arizona homes.
Sonoran Gleam Cleaning Co. was founded by Charisma Ybarra in the West Valley to make hiring a trustworthy house cleaner in Arizona as simple as booking a table online.
Why we started
Arizona is growing fast, and families here are busier than ever. Finding a cleaner you can trust shouldn't mean endless calls, vague quotes, or wondering who's coming into your home.
We built Sonoran Gleam around three promises: vetted local cleaners, upfront pricing, and easy online booking. Behind every booking is a real local team that cares how your home feels when you walk in the door.
How our marketplace works
Sonoran Gleam is an online marketplace. We don't employ cleaners. Instead, we partner with independent cleaning professionals who run their own small businesses. We handle marketing, booking, payments, vetting, and follow-up, and cleaners keep the majority of every job they complete.
Because we operate as a marketplace, every booking, whether you start it on our website or by calling or texting us, is recorded on our online platform. That keeps every booking documented, priced upfront, and covered by our re-clean guarantee.
What we stand for
- Trust first. Background checks and insurance, every cleaner, every time.
- Honest pricing. Published starting prices and a written quote before you book.
- Fair to cleaners. Independent pros keep the majority of every job and choose their own schedules.
- Make it right. If something's missed, we'll arrange a re-clean.
- Local. Started in the West Valley, now serving Arizona from Quartzsite to Safford.
