Yes. Every cleaner must pass a background check through a consumer reporting agency and carry their own liability insurance before they can accept jobs on Sonoran Gleam.

Standard cleans start at $312, recurring biweekly visits at $267, deep cleans at $494, move-in/move-out cleans at $670, and short-term rental turnovers at $215, based on a typical 3-bedroom home. Your exact price is confirmed in writing before your clean.

Payment is made securely online through our booking platform after your booking is confirmed. Please don't pay cleaners directly in cash. Paying on the platform keeps your booking covered by our guarantee.

Tell us within 48 hours with a short description (photos help) and we'll arrange a re-clean of the missed areas at no charge.

No. Many clients provide entry instructions such as a lockbox or smart-lock code. Share access details only through your booking, never on social media or in a public message.

Yes. Independent cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you prefer a specific product, leave it out and mention it in your booking.

Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may be charged a fee, which is shown before you confirm your booking.

A standard clean covers the visible surfaces that collect everyday grime. A deep clean adds detail work such as full baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, light switches, and heavier buildup in kitchens and bathrooms. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a couple of months, we recommend starting with a deep clean.

We aim to. Cleaners on Sonoran Gleam are independent and set their own schedules, so we can't guarantee the same person every visit, but recurring clients are matched with a consistent cleaner whenever possible.

Not by default. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows, and blinds are add-ons you can select when you book.

Yes, for best results. Utilities (water and power) must be on. If boxes or furniture remain, note it in your booking so your cleaner can plan around them.
