The clean most homes need: kitchens wiped down, bathrooms scrubbed, floors vacuumed and mopped, and every room dusted and reset. Ideal for a one-time refresh or a first clean before a recurring plan.

- Kitchen counters, backsplash, sink, and exterior of appliances wiped and polished
- Stovetop degreased and microwave cleaned inside and out
- Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures cleaned and shined
- Dusting of reachable surfaces, ledges, baseboards (spot), and ceiling fans within reach
- Floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped throughout

Standard Clean FAQ
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers the visible surfaces that collect everyday grime. A deep clean adds detail work such as full baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, light switches, and heavier buildup in kitchens and bathrooms. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a couple of months, we recommend starting with a deep clean.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. Independent cleaners on Sonoran Gleam bring their own supplies and equipment. If you'd like a specific product used (for example, for natural stone), leave it out and note it in your booking.
How long does a standard clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home. A typical 3-bedroom home usually takes a solo cleaner a few hours. Your cleaner will confirm an arrival window when your booking is confirmed.
